🏰 Ultimate Bounce Trampoline Park – Rules & Guidelines

Waivers & Entry

Every visitor must have completed a park waiver form and watched the safety briefing video.

Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Supervision & Age Restrictions

Toddler Play Area: Ages 0–4 only.

Trampolines: Ages 5+ including use by adults.

Adults and older children may accompany younger ones where appropriate on designated paths.

Wristbands & Safety

Jumpers must wear their valid coloured wristband at all times and ensure it is visible.

Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene and safety.

Arms and legs should be covered with suitable clothing.

Pregnant women or those with health concerns are strongly advised not to bounce.

Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.

Safe Trampoline Use

One person per trampoline at a time.

Always land with both feet and aim to stay in the middle of the bed, away from padding.

No lying, sitting, running, wrestling, double bouncing, or rough play.

Do not grab safety padding or netting.

No double somersaults, flips, or tricks over the pads.

Look out for other jumpers and give way to smaller users.

Take regular breaks in designated seating areas.

Behaviour

No fighting, bullying, or disruptive behaviour; offenders may be asked to leave.

Bad language will not be tolerated.

Prohibited Items

No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, sharp objects, loose change, or other items in pockets.

No mobile phones, cameras, or similar equipment on the trampolines.

Food & Drink

Only food and drinks purchased at Ultimate Bounce may be consumed on-site (exceptions: baby food under 1 year old, pre-booked birthday cakes).

No food, drinks, sweets, or gum are allowed in play areas or on trampolines.

Photography & Accidents

No cameras or video devices in play areas; photos allowed only in the party room.

Report accidents to staff immediately so we can assist and prevent repeat incidents.

Contact staff immediately if any problems occur.

Guest Restrictions

Guests are not permitted if they:

1. Have an unspent criminal conviction.

2. Are on a criminal register (including the sex offenders’ register).

3. Have records of antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, or public disorder.

4. Are convicted sex offenders subject to notification requirements.

5. Are subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice.

Important: Failure to disclose relevant information may result in booking cancellation and removal from the venue without a refund.
